MGOC Spares Gift Vouchers apply exclusively to the purchase of goods supplied by MGOC Spares. They can be used for full or partial payment of MGOC Spares products in GBP (£) only. If the total cost of the purchase exceeds the Gift Voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid at the time of checkout.
Customers can check their Gift Voucher balance by logging into their account on our website, navigating to the account section, and entering the Gift Voucher code. MGOC Spares is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorised use of Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash refunds will be issued for any unused balance. MGOC Spares reserves the right to amend these terms or discontinue the Gift Voucher product at any time. Gift Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Please note orders are processed Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:30 during normal business hours.
The Christmas cut-off date/time for Gift Vouchers is 24th December at 11:30 am-orders placed after this time will be issued after Christmas. We will email you a PDF copy of your Gift Voucher, and a printed copy can be sent upon request.
